It made me angry when I read what happened to Willie John at his trial and then his sentencing. Some people just get crapped on from the day they are born. He was a man who should have been released to freedom who was instead locked up for years and years and years and then died under very, very disturbing, uncertain circumstances. No one even knows how he died or the cause of his death.

Fever by Susan Whitehall and Willie Johns sons have hit the Bookstores it is a damn good read that speaks to the influences this virtuoso impacted on other artist...it is not fluffy but based on solid facts...and a whole lot of legacy,,,and love of the untenable talent of this artist.....buy buy buy...
