My father Jack ,born 1912 ,in Ashford ,nsw ,Australia, used to sing "church in the wildwood " when i was very young , he became a member of The Waratah Male Voice Choir in the 50s and they sang it , sweet memories of my childhood. Iv listened to the Carters for over 50 yrs , great music !

Great music, great place to live, they were out of the big town known as Hilton’s Virginia. I was from Benahms Va about a 15 minute ride from the Carter Family Fold . Good people, great music, and clean air, good river fishing too. Visit sometime. You’ll love the trip!
