Love it! Collector of older House and this is right up there with Blackbox, 49ers, Detroit House and even Coldcut and the UK Brixton Ministry of Sound as well. To me it kinda reminds me of Liz Torres as well. Sounds great I would lower the pitch/speed just a tad. Many familiar samples and some new ones that were made from the vocals which make this track unique in that respect.
